Shipping

Every cháchǒng and figurine travels wrapped as if it were the only one we had — because, in most cases, it is.

Packing fragile clay and porcelain

Each piece ships in its own cushioned box, cradled rather than wedged, with the same care the potter used when it left the kiln. Multi-piece orders are packed separately, not stacked, so glaze and incised detail never touch.

Timing

Handling takes a few working days — most pieces are inspected and catalogued individually before they leave, and a few are still travelling from the studio to us. Transit time depends on destination and carrier; a tracking number follows once the parcel ships.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the listed price.

Questions before you order

If a piece is a gift, or you have a delivery window that matters, write to us before ordering and we will tell you plainly whether it is realistic.
